Respected Sir/Madam,
My Name is Pritamsing Girase. My Tata Docomo number is ********40.
Today ( 11-September-2013 ) I did special recharge of 'Rs. 250'. at 12.15 p.m. I got 222.50 Rs. main balance and 1 GB 3G Data.
In evening at 5.10 p.m. I got a SMS from TA-NXLDAT, - " You have subscribed to GPRS 8 Rs. 8 through USSD. Enjoy 50 MB Data till Midnight today ".
My whole 1 GB data got Lapse and I got only 50 MB data, also Rs. 8 deducted from my main account balance.
I have not activated any Rs. 8 pack through USSD today.
I already have 1 GB data, then why should I activate a new Rs. 8 for 50 MB data plan.
I called to Customer Care, but the person disconnected my call. Then I tried to call again on Customer Care numbers 198, 121, 1********55, and ********21 for several times, but call was automatically getting Disconnected. So, I wrote this E-mail to you.
Please Look into this and RETURN My 1 GB 3G Data and Rs. 8.
