Dear Sir / Madam,
I have requested to close down my below mentioned connection and got confirmation that this has been closed and my refund will receive with in 60 days, even after 120 days I have not received any refund and when ever I sent any e-mail I am not getting any response. I have remitted RS3000/- towards deposit for getting international roaming which need to be refunded to me since I have paid all the out standing bills with out fail.
When ever I tried calling the customer care the line is getting disconnected after 3 minutes and are unable to get in touch with any person from Docomo. I am really disappointed with the service that they provided till date. Could you please help here to get it resolved and my refund to be initiated at the earliest?
Please make some action against them for non responsive since they are doing public service!

I have received the cheque for RS 3000/- which was my deposit towards international roaming. Cheque issued on 23.11.2010. Please close this issue and ensure to type your comments with checking all the records. One side you are saying there is no refund other person who spoke to me is apologizing for the delay.
