I regret to inform you that several times I have informed your call center about illegal deduction of money from from my mobile no.********34 by giving unwarranted messages and calls. Last time also your call center operator had assured me that he has blocked the same. But inspite of that money deducted from my account. Pl. look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest, otherwise, I will not use your sim in future rather will use BSNL sim for good service.

I support this complaint.
Similar things happening with my fathers prepaid for past few months. Automatic deduction of money of 50, 30, 10 etc for some games stuff which my father never uses. Fed up of this and going to throw the SIM away after one last try with nodal officer. Have emailed them.
