Dear Sir,
I had registered my complaint yesterday, no 36752 dated 04.01.18.

In continuation to this yesterday evening I received a call from somebody from Propshop24, Mobile no. 6294199807. This person who ever he was abused me in front of my family and said that "teri baap ke company hai ke paisa wapas kro". This was after i told them that i need my refund alongwith the compensation for harassing me for such a long time. This person asked me to give details about my credit card/ debit card for the payment, which i refused. I told them to refund my money via cheque on the address that is already registered in their accounts.

I request your kind self to take strict action against such company and their fruadulent employees who want to abuse and scare customers to tell them their banking details so that they can further do fraud.

Sincere apologies for the trouble caused. Further to our telephonic conversation we have refunded the remaining amount of INR 950 back to your bank account through which the transaction was made. It will reflect in your account within 2-5 working days. Also, we had previously initiated a partial refund of INR 510 which has been completed.

Lastly, regarding the call that you had received, we only have the following no. for our customer service helpline: 9820093156 and our customer support team is based in Mumbai. We will be taking this matter seriously and will take action against that caller who has used our company's name to gather your personal details.
