Hitachi Home Life Solutions India Ltd - AC not working since last 10 months

I have purchased window AC from Hitachi on Dec 2016
After 3 month gas gets leaked.

Now company is asking 3000 rupees for gas filling.

AC is in warranty.
Please look into it.
