Dear sir,
I am Normal user , today i have made a call to a customer care , and give the details which are required for accessing the informations but what happen, that young lady can not speek politely and she said that you are not providing the correct information , also she does\'nt give nay mobile number details information from her.

Mobile details:
mobile number:********53
time of call: 10.12 am
Card belong from Ratnagiri Region.

Complainant's Goal: i want a good treatment from this call center person.
Complainant's Target: Tata DOCOMO
Complaint Location: IndiaSangmeshwar Ratngiri.

launched 3g service by docomo but no details are available with customer care i called 5 times, no 3g settings were send nor any reply was given by them, then why tatadocomo taunched 3g service, i feel it is only show business which is unfare trade practice.
