hi, my name is shirish & docomo no. is ********66
i received a msg from 54321 saying you have subscribed to monthly offer service. and rs. 17 has been deducted.
i hereby clarify that i have not subscribed for anything & i want my balance back. if proper actions are not taken then i have to complaint to TRAI.
hoping for proper action.

tata docomo consistantly deducting my balance by activating different services.
they provide illegal services to th customer.
my no.is ********38 they deduct nearly about 100 rs balance from my account and they don't refund it.
i received a msg from 54321 saying you have subscribed to monthly offer service. and rs. 18 has been deducted.this msg comes many times and deduct my balance.
i hereby clarify that i have not subscribed for anything & i want my balance back. if proper actions are not taken then i have to complaint to TRAI.

The same thing happened once again,
first tata docomo cut my balance by 14rs for one skim and after the recharge, they cut more 30 rs. for another service.
when you call customer care they cut my phone for 3 times and afterwords they tell me that i have subscribed for it and sent a msg for subsciption. (this is such a lie)
i am tired of tata docomo now, and complaint will soon will be launched against them if no action is taken.
i hope tata docomo officers want the remaining customers to stay with the service because a anti docomo campain is going to start.

New heights in fraud, trickery and cheating has been achieved by Tata Docomo. llegal deductions for unheard of services and idiotic packs. If you complain to Customer care, they renew services with a fine. Ask for a ISD service for 30 days and Docomo month ends in 13 days. I thought only Reliance could do it. But Tata Docomo has surpassed all other fraudulent mobile services in the name of Tata. Sorry to see Tata name dragged, cheating and trickery. Shame on the name of such a reputed company of Japan linked with tricksters from Tata. Real shame. Shame. Shame on Mr Ratan Tata to do such things to Indian people.

Repetedly Docomo deducts money for offers which I never subscribed. I paid Rs 59 for 30 days for ISD calls . For Docomo, the month expired in 13 days. Real thugs and frauds are the Docomo people. Shameful to have a Tata Service indulging in only fraud and nothing else. Customer care does not answer. Emails to Customer care only gets auto replies saying nothing.
