Tata DOCOMO - Inability to reimburse for the loss suffered.

I tried to top up my tatadocomo prepaid account for Rs 100/- from online site of tatadocomo, while i was completing the transaction i got pop page showing a message that your session has been expired without giving me the transaction id so i tried it once again thinking that the transaction was not completed still i got the same message and the amount was withdrawn from the account but no balance was provided for the amount i paid (which was Rs 200/- 2 transaction) i raised the complaint to customer care department informing and provided them all the details and they asked me a time of 4 working days and my problem will be resolved as my account was over withdrawn because which i got a charge from my bank, when i contacted the tatadocomo customer care on the resolution day they said the resolution is provided and the ticket for the resolution was closed without even giving me the balance and they stated that we are not able to track the payment which i made i also provided them the document proof through mail but still i didn't receive any solution and when i spoke with the manager he said we will take more time and even we have to think for the loss you suffered i wasted my four days without service they tatadocomo customer back end team used to call me daily to get the information so they can verify i co-operated with them when i ask them if they can provide me a little reimbursement and the amount which i have paid they said no and at the same time they accepted their fault for which i have the recording as well,

i would request to the Icomplaints if they can help me in any way.

Its a rediculuos company i will inform my friends not to use tata docomo service
