Docomo service is not good! As i am a post paid customer they are not responed properly for my complaint. i have given three complaint for same issue. then also no respond! my complaint number is M515690,M514930,M517327
Complainant's Goal: clarification for their mistake and i ill not pay balance due

hi im praveen mishra from kolhapur .
my cell no is 0********16.
i have been charged 2 paise more when i disconnect my call .
i have call2 center but still i m facing same problem .
i complaint it 2 senoir person in pune call center named Mr Nilesh but he has diconnect my phone .
after sometime again i call 2 Mr Nilesh and told him he told me that ur phone is bad but our system is good.
he dont have sense 2 talk.
i request u 2 plz look into matter
