on 1st april early in the morning my account has been charged by Rs.20/- when i called up the customer care executives about the reason they couldn\'t provide me any reason, and asked me to check it via sms. When i checked it i found that the money was deducted without any reason since it was written \"null\" over there... then i\'ve asking to lodge a complaint against this wrong deduction but repeatedly they have been asking us call me after 2 hours, call us after half an hour, untill today when they told me on my face that they won\'t lodge any complaint since the deduction is right and they forced me to accept that i\'ve downloaded a game from them but when i asked them to prove it they can\'t do it even.

From my account also rs 30 was deducted for news alerts, but i have not sent any sms or not callled them for alerts,
I called to customer care, all the exicutive were telling your money will be deposited within 48 hr
I called to customer care 3-4 time.
Then i wrote a mail.
in this month also they have deducted rs 30. I a going to throw this sim!!

On April 19th 2010 I have got a message that if I reached for Rs 25 then I will get a credit balance of Rs 40. I reacharged and the amount has not been credited yet.
I called to the customer care. But I didnt get any response by action, They are telling that they will report to concern department. but I dont kno whether they are having a concerned department...
A person named Aravind from their customer care told that he will credit the amount on time, and a Person named Yogesh told that to contact their Indiranagar office.
When I contacted to the number a girl took the called Ruby. She also said the same reply.
