Sir,
On 16th of NOV i got sms from company as 1p/2 sec offer STV of RS 58.Number was given(*141*758#).I dialed on this no at 6:03 PM but i got message "Request not complete",so i did again.Again it was same message then i left it.I had balance that time about Rs170.After sometime i called one of my friend,i shocked balance reduced to Rs36 i.e. they reduced Rs116 and i am getting service of Rs.58 only.I complained to customer care about this,they told this it is not there fault.It,s OK
What should i do when Message is coming like "Request not complete".Whose mistake is this?Its problem of my cell.It was not first time when i recharged myself.Pls help me!!!!!!!
