Tata DOCOMO - False schemes and fraudulent practices

I want to report the fraudulent practices of a service provider-Tata Docomo. I purchased a special recharge of INR 99.00 on 11 November 2013 for my number ********21(Jharkhand circle). SBI reference number - 201312911720 from my account number 30********0. As per the scheme all my local/std on-net calls and all local/std off-net calls were to be charged at the rate of 1.3p/2 secs and I got 750 MB 2G data for 30 days. On 16 November 2013, I made a call to the number 01262-272563 at 12:54 and the call lasted 30 mins. I was charged INR 27.00 for the call which is nowhere according to the scheme. When I called customer care, they told me that the scheme was applicable only on mobile numbers not landline. Nowhere on the website did it distinguish between mobile and landline. The schemes which include separate tariff for landline clearly inculde the word landline to distinguish between the two. There was nothing of this sort in this scheme. It clearly stated ALL local/std on-net and ALL local/std off-net. This is blatant cheating of the customer. This is not the first time this is happening. The information they provide on the site, their customer care representatives decline. How is the customer supposed to know that the information on the site is right or wrong and if the scheme has changed why not update it? This is a clear case of violation of customer rights.They are selling something while pretending to sell something else, clearly misguiding the customer. I am unable to upload the screenshot of the page on their website with the scheme details. Th image is in png format and 134 kb in size. I don't know why it says "error uploading the image" when it is perfectly within dimensions and format. It might be because of the auto resize and thumbnail thing you have mentioned which I think is completely useless and serves no purpose except hampering the evidence.

We would like to inform you that Rs. 99/- recharge provide the benefits of all local & STD mobile calls @ 1.3p/ sec with 750 MB 2G data valid for 30 days and the same benefits have been credited to your account.

Kindly note that for Landline (Local & STD) call will be charged @ 2p/ sec.
