Tata DOCOMO - Balance deduction By Tata Docomo

This is Sangam from Vellore, regarding a balance related complaint on my TATA DOCOMO Number : ********88.

On my no. some VAS named MUNVASANAI was activated and Rs. 30 was charged for the service.
On 14th Aug. @ 2.50 pm.
The msg. gives the no. 155223 to deactivate it, BUT while dailing, the reply is : U seem to have dialled a wrong no.
I also tried to call cust. Care, but again no result, and no response....

Daily I am trying to raise this issue by calling 121 number but the call is not getting connected.
I have sent mail to listen@tatadocomo.com, but no response from there also.
When I called 198 for complain they are saying to call 121.
Now 121 number is not ready to take complaints, instead they are asking me to call 198.
But in 198 no one never took the call, always saying all the customer care executives are busy.



Why this issue happens daily?
