I am a vodafone prepaid lifetime subscriber from august 2006. For the last seven - eight months I noticed that after receiving incoming calls suddenly vodafone live was activated automatically and some movie pictures has been started to download into my mobile system, Then instantly I try to press back and after that noticed that vodafone deduct Rs. 50/- from my account and the balace shown is negative. Sometime they deduct Rs.10/- , sometime Rs. 30/- and the system continues. In the process more than Rs. 500/- has been deducted from my account .


When I try to contact the customer service executive after many attempt they toldme that I activate GPRS setting and download applications then I surf. Everytime the bloody executive told me this . My question is if I download the appplication then it should be there in my mobile set ( nokia 2626 ) but I found nothing. Nokia 2626 doesn\'t have save option of any download. So why should I unnecessarily download and give my hard earned money to a cheat service provider like vodafone ?

I also sms CAN VL to 144 to cancel vodafone live everytime but with little effect. According to vodafone executive Mobile no. ********00 with whom I have a telephonic talk on 18.01.2010 i.e on monday she told me that from this day onwards your problem will be solved ( vodafone live will be deactivated forever )but you don\'t get any refund ( I told her to check from the system the amount that vodafone deduct from my account )

I also left no stone unturned to get the refund against vodafone.
