1. Caller tunes services are being activated by vodafone services without my consent.
2. Balance is deducted from my main account balance.
3. Despite of repeated calls to the customer care no heed have been played to any of my complaints.
Complainant's Goal: refund my balance and never to activate all these services without my consent

Dear sir/Mam,
i would like inform you that i am vadafone usser for last 1 year we got every month 1500 or max 1900 amout but this month we got 3517/- for my post paid bill.while i did not use any other facility with mobile. and i am not satisfy with our mobile bill.i will not pay for this i can pay only my calls amount whatever you got calls from my mobile.
