I am a vodafone prepaid lifetime subscriber . For the last 2 months I noticed that vodafone deduct Rs. 30/- from my account , reason is " MCI Service rental has been deducted monthly charge Rs. 30 " without my consent . When I try to contact helpline they said I chose the above service - for that reason the charge is deducted from my account.
In the process a no. of times balance has been deducted from my account with the reason best known by vodafone, they also cheat me frequently regarding unnecessary activation of caller tunes.
Therefore I also left no stone unturned to get the refund against vodafone and placed my complaint through appropriate channel. If this may not be the solution I should approach higher authorities to stop this malpractice from vodafone.
