A caller tune was inserted at my set without my approval and 30 rupees was deducted and thus my balance came down to minus 11 rupees. During that period I was under rest after operation and behaviour of vodafone crippled me. After several request to reverse my account and cancel the caller tune was in vain. Earlier also I have experienced equal harrasment twice though both the time the caller tune was cancelled and the amount was reversed.

This time they didnot took the complaint even. Vodafone office Dalhausi also didnot entertain. NOW I find no other was rather than to make a complain or go to court.

BECAUSE THEY ARE BIG BUSINESS HOUSE - THEY CAN DO ANY THING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER AND POOR CUSTOMER WILL LOOSE THEIR MONEY AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REDRESSAL ?
