My soninlaw from Germany ordered a Tablet Swipe slate pro 10.1 inch and I received it on15/11/2017 vide flipkart order is OD110********5052006 .Onteceipt we find that sims are not deducted Touch not working keyboard stuck and reported the mamatter on 15/11/today I.e on 2/12/2017 2017 night itself.After prolonged contact they sent a technicianFlipkart agreed to replace Bit today 2/12/2017 they will send another technician.Beong aged we want to contact my daughter spnonlaw and grand son through tab.The very purpose is defeated by inordinate delay of FlipkartMay I request Flipkart to kindly replace at the earliest Tab
