I purchased a mobile (apple 4s,worth 36800/-) from Flipkart.com . They delevered the product on 30th June and I opened the product on 5th July. but phone did not get switch on then I called to Customer care of Flipkart and Apple India. They answered me to follow a process I did but phone did not get switch on . Flip kart told that they raise my complaint and will solve it. Apple Customer care told me to carry the phone to apple care. I carried the phone there than I was shocked apple care told me that Battery in phone is not of apple. they can't do any thing. it is tempered. He hand provided me a report sheet of apple. I discussed with Flipkart . they told me we will discuss with our dealer.Till today no resolution is provided by Flipkart. so I want Pahredar to do something for me. I have complained with Apple also that online companies are selling their brand and they have no concern with them .
and help me out.
There is also one more issue . I purchased mobile on my name and I gave shipping address of my uncle of Bhopal cause delivery was not available in Sagar. but Flipkart genneated the bill on the name of shipping person.
so please kindly look into the matter
