flipkart.com - I got defective domo tablet

I ordered DOMO slate x3g se on 16th november 2013 and got on 18th november found it defective because of that i asked for replacement as flipkart is showing 10 days replacement warranty but they told that they are just dealers as thier suggestion only i sent it to service center on 26th november but still no response from that side also when i contacted them on 18th december 2013 they told the problem is in motherboard i dont know when they will send it back to me.. Flipkart people are giving false promises.. Suppliers reference number OD31115003056.. INVOICE Number Flpkt/Nov/13-14/0086 Dated 16th november Please help me i already spent too much money on this issue...
