I ordered an Asus Zenfone 4 on 25 July 2014, order #: OD40********4. It was defected mobile with technical issues so I complained for it and they replaced the product.They sent me another phone with same model, but I found it with bigger technical issues so I returned it again and asked for refund they told me that they had refunded my money in my flipkart wallet on august 19, 2014. I asked them to refund my money in my own bank account but they did not do so. After some time On 26th august I noticed that they had changed even my flipkart accounts login details from my email address: nickkrish789@gmail.com to a different email address: shaguntiwari16@gmail.com. Then I contacted flipkart and they told me that someone named Rahul Jha has used my Flipkart wallet balance to order a Karbonn titanium under order # OD40********5. I immediately told them to stop the delivery of the product as I had not placed any order. They told me that they will stop the delivery and will refund me my money. Now, flipkart is again denying for the refund. When I raised the issue to their escalating team and provided them proofs I am the genuine buyer who paid the cash for Asus Zenfone 4. They agreed to provide me the refund and asked to my account details. I provided the same on September 01, 2014 and got a confirmation email on 2nd September, stating that the refund will be transferred to my account within next 5 business days. When I contacted them again to confirm the status of refund on September 08, 2014. They refused to provide the refund and said that my money has been used for the above said fraud order.
I never ordered a karbonn Titanium and when I contacted them to stop the delivery they ignored my complaint and delivered the product to a fraud person. I think this whole thing is a Scam.I paid them money and now I have nothing from them I request you to look into the matter and provide me a positive resolution as soon as possible.
