Complaint Statement –
1) Deliberate delivery of wrong order through online shopping portal http://www.flipkart.com. Deliberate since Flipkart is denying the availability of correct order in stock. Ideally order should have been cancelled in such a case.
2) No support/effort to deliver correct product though available on website. If Flipkart has accepted an order, the responsibility to deliver the correct product lies with Flipkart.
3) No support on reversal of money collected. Website claims the mode of refund to be same as payment mode. I opted Cash On Delivery. But, Flipkart officials are denying the rules & refund money.

Complaint registered on 10th November at the time of delivery. Not getting any official mails from Flipkart. Have received 15-20 calls from Flipkart & everyone talks of different rules.

Overall mode of operation is simple –
Cheat users of their money, deliver a cheaper product. If the user accepts the product, it’s profit for Flipkart. If user complaints, they simply say the actual product is not available, keep the complaint open.
Customer Care says technical team will check the issue & doesn’t have an explanation. No higher authorities come over calls even if you keep requesting for an hour. Website doesn’t have any escalation matrix. No response to e-mails.

Complainant's Goal: Sell what is available, don't cheat. Deliver correct or refund immediately.
