i placed a order on 2 nd april a lumia 520 on my credit card and the payment was succesfull. When i saw they did not deliverd my order after 9 days whn i told u lumia 520 had been launced by indian market they told me this product not yet lanched in india..but i saw another online shopping deliverd with in 2-3 bussnies days. Then i told him i want to cancel my order tell me the process but they cancel this order with out my pemission by his end and told me it will be fefund after 7-10 days. But thing is i dont want my refund product please help me out sir.
