I have bought a new KUV 100 Petrol version K6 six seater from Anant cars, BG Road, Bangalore.Bangalore;
Purchase date : 20 june 2016

I have facing lots of problem in KUV 100, in less than 900 KM runs ONLY, I have contact to Anant for following reasons;
WORSRE SERVICE PPL, NO TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING
1. RPM issue :
Within 1000 km, have encountered with RPM issues, Service guys took my car 3-4 times on kept my car earlier for 3 days and again same problem came they kept it for 5 days and lastly more than a week ( +9 days), it is really bad for Mahindra brand values.
same problems 3-4 times and total days kept car in service centre 15-20 days.
KUV 100 got stuck in mid of traffic no of times, even i went for holiday in Mangalore location with family , what hell kind of KUV 100 is.
And for long time wait , they are able to find out root cause and solved it, but again new problem came after first service on 3200 KM, mentioned below;
2. Clutch issue:
They are putting all the blames on customer driving pattern , how clutch plate burn in simple drive they charged earlier for same 10+K but i denied and the discussed (attached sms from Hemanth- service guy )with Mahindra and Mahindra and finally i paid 2578 K to Anant cars, why should i pay for brand new car, it is completely manufacturing defects product, i want my all money back with interest otherwise i am going to file case in consumer count against Mahindra and Anant for mental harassment. I have drive around 3350 KM and Clutch plat got burnt and Service manager is saying it is my fault, what is thing , It is made by plastic or what... low grand quality product.
3. Music player and speaker quality is very bad.
4. Getting mileage very less, feeling owing like BMW.
I am having Maruti suzuki’s swift,Estilo, vehicle and Toyoto Innova 2 cars at present. But we have never faced such a problem with these companies. This is our first mahindra’s vehicle & we are facing such a bad experience. We don’t understand is this the company’s policy & attitude towards its customers. We are really upset about performance of mahindra.
Now due to this experience i am thinking of going to consumer court , as i am very active in social media Facebook, Twitter and whatup. So you are requested to take steps urgently and satisfy the costumer at earliest.
5. Noise come from gates and dashboard, vibration feels while driving a car..
after 2-3 times, they have checked but issue still persist because after sometime all the time a new fault is being raised in a car within 3000 km run only,
Contact person from Anant cars (GM-Sethi and Service Manager-Hemanth )and well aware about all the issues.
1. I will not accept this defective and faulty car anymore as I feel totally deceived of my hard earned money.
2. All money back with interest (as I do not trust KUV100 anymore) or else I am going to file a suit for compensation of Rs 50 lacs for giving me mental harassment and for selling a defective car fraudulently to me and for making fraudulent commitments and cheating innocent customers like me.
In the first instance I have brought all these grievances to your notice. I request you to either you redress my grievances as per my prayer reliefs.
All the time Anant guys giving excuse on issues, Could you please let me know if KUV 100 has lots of problem in case of milage, RPM issue, not taking pick up, clutch plate burn issue ( As Hemnath called me told me write one letter to us mention in mail it is case of OVERDRIVE ( directly putting all the blame on customer itself-Attached mail copy in mail) and will check with Mahindra to solve clutch issue , Mahidra approved 70% amount rest 30% paid by me.
Again today i faced same problem , Car is not going more than 20 speed and not crossing RPM Morn than 3 , WHAT HELL IS , i have paid following amount to Anant.
On 6/01/2017,Friday Service guy Praveen from Anant Cars called me to take feedback of Clutch issues, i told Car is not taking proper pick up at all, RPM is not going more than 2 or 3 (As displaying in Odometer ) as speed was 60 while i am accelerator more but it is not crossing more than that, i would suggest come to my home and will take drive and show you what exactly is happening after change the clutch plate, if i ran car in that condition , it can be lead more problems and Service manager will blame on me but no response from him after 2-3 hours i got call from Anant cars receptionist, again i explain the problems and tell please send service guy at my home as convey same message to GM and service manager but till date no response still my car in same condition. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS RESPONSE FROM ANANT CARS.
Really i am very worried about this car, should i ran or keep in parking as showpiece. please suggest.
I am attaching all the documents, mails and sms which got it during service of car, please take appropriate action and refund my money back
I have paid close to 6,80,000 final payment ,
Paid 5000+ in first service
Paid 2578 in clutch burn issue.
Is it brand new car, i will never advocate to buy Mahindra products to my friends and nears and dears,
As i have given worst customer feedback in overall rating, please check in your record as well.
I would request to check all the Service history from Anant cars and consider faulty car given to me.
There is NO assurance and liability from showroom and Mahindra ppl once customer buying the KUV100.
Once i bought this faulty KUV100 model, i have visited Anantcars more than 20 times for service issues, it is really pathetic , it is not demo car for service guy , where they can teach to resolve or hit and trail for issues.
I would humbly request to Mr. Anand, please sir take such kind of issues in personal taking care so would get more real ground issues from customer like me, i was fond of Mahindra Scorpio and Thar but sorry so say i removed from my wishlist.
Waiting for a positive reply ASAP because your movement will decide my decision about consumer court and all.
