I have bought a Mahindra Rodeo scooter from your showroom (Sri Mahaveer Motors, Bangalore) about two months back. I am just receiving horrible service from it. On top of that your customer service is just pathetic. I wish I had not bought Mahindra scooter and bought Honda Activa. The scooter has numerous problems. Its self starter doesnt work at all. The battery charge goes down within two days if not used. I have never seen such stupid service from any scooter. If I drive whole morning and keep the scooter, the battery charge goes down in a matter of couple of hours. In evening if I feel to go out, the charge is not there in the battery and scooter will not start with the self-start. There is problem in the automatic light beneath the seat. The light is always on the switch doesnt work when the seat is pressed down. How can there be so many manufacturing defects in your products? Even after repeated complaints the issue is still there. I have taken the scooter to the Mahinda service centre but they seemed to be least bothered to repair or correct the faults. We have to use kick start always to start the scooter. Then why have we bought self start by paying you 51,000INR. I would like you to replace the scooter in whole as I have no other choice. If not then replace the self-start, battery and every other thing that is faulty. I will make sure that I shall post this complaint in public website so that people come to know what kind of poor products you manufacture. I will blog about this every where so that people like me should never buy your products by mistake.
