I am to convey my feelings towards your good concern and your grate REPUTATION.
This is regarding the bad service experience with service dealer of my car and non availability of parts since 1 months.
My name is Neeraj Shah and i purchased a Quanto C8 from Silver Jubilee Motors (Pimpri) on the 28/3/2013,during the inquiry, the sales team was very professional and was ready to answer any queries i had regarding the car and its specifications (though the guy trying to sell me the car did not know how many cylinders the car consisted of). After purchasing the car in full cash payment on the 22/3/13, i was assured delivery on the 28/3/13.
Even with this assurance no paperwork was done, i had to do in the morning of the 28th to fill up my No 20 form which is required by the Pune/Pimpri Chinchwad RTO. The lady (Miss Trupti) who was basically my sales assistant did not even know that thumb impressions are also required at certain places on the form, no chassis tracing or any of the other formalities was completed. After much argument and hassle they assured me that the car would be delivered in the afternoon by 3.00pm. I was waiting till 5.00pm because the main showroom of Silver Jubilee which is in Camp (Pune) did not issue the gate pass.
My question is when i am completing the full payment why wasn't my paperwork, signatures, and tracing of the car done before the delivery of the car? creating unnecessary hassle for any customer.
Secondly, why does a dealer (in the pimpri showroom) have to wait for a gate pass conformation from the Camp showroom when they allready have the car in their possession?
During the time of the booking i was assured of mudflaps and matting as accessories. Its almost one month they have issued none saying that they are not available in their showroom. I asked my friend to inquire and he was told that those parts are available if he was paying for them.
It has been one month I have still not received my Tax- Invoice and Insurance copy, I have been calling them up almost everyday but have been getting no response. If the showroom cannot provide the basic things such as tax invoice you can imagine the service they must be providing the customers.
If this issue is not resolved, I shall have no other option left but to take legal action for, negligence, non-issuing of papers, and mental harassment.
