Respected sir/ madam
This is to bring to your esteemed notification that I dr tarun sharma purchased a ssanyong Rexton in 2014 from dehradun , uttrakhand ,India, at ddpm motors
My cars registration number is UK-07 BE 8687.
I have had two free services of the vehicle at 10000 and 20000 kms respectively which done as per the schedule, I have hardly driven my car after the second service as my car has done almost 25000 kms now around 3 months after the service

I was on a vacation with my family on the 27 th of june, we had all our bookings done at dhanaulti but to our dismay the cars tyres started screeching almost 15 kms from rishikesh, I stopped the car and checked , the noise was coming from the brakes, I called up my relationship manager mr manik from ddpm motors dehradun, he told me that the discs wear of at 12000, I was not informed at the first and second service about this, I was surprised at this because the car is supposed to be inspected at a service and that too the second one. Mr manik is a gem of a person and has been very kind with me I have been very satisfied with him
I was forced to wind up my program as I could not plan any further travel
This is not acceptable at all, I couldve met with an accident because of faulty brakes
I came back and now was further agitated as the disc of the car has been damaged
I am very upset with this and am very hurt as it has been a very bad experience after buying the most premium vehicle of your stable
Mahindra services jeapordized my safety which has caused me stress, anger and even financial loss, as I had to cancel my vacations
Please tell me my fault, I am not an engineer, I am a doctor and am not very versed with technical details
I really want to ask mahindra what is my fault and what have I done for which I have really borne this brunt.
This is totally not justified as I previously have experienced a problem as my car during purchase was scratched and the people at ddpm had even performed a touch up, but they gave me a complimentary teflon and rust coating because of this glitch which I consented too attributing to my nature of understanding
Please restore my faith in ssanyong and mahindra and get this issue resolved as this has already caused financial and mental stress to me. I request senior officials at mahindra to look up into this matter
