Sir I purchased a Digiflip XT811 TABLET through flipkart when it was introduced. My Digiflip tablet touch and head phone jack is not working. I gave for service in Digiflip authorised service center(AP TECHNOLOGIES) and the problem repeats more than 3 time. And they damaged the tablet(back side is broken). Now my tablet is in service center for 3rd time.(Now it is almost 6 months in service center). the product is still in it's warranty period and i want it replaced. If i call them and ask for it, they don't respond properly. The way they respond and the way they speak is improper and unprofessional. Worst service center ever.
