Just to remind you guys again that its 12 Jan now, & still there is no sign of my LCD getting repaired & regarding the delivery of the same.
This time i am marking a copy to Philips as well, just to check whether are they the one who borther or they are also happy to loose theire customer.

Hey i would just like to inform you guys that again you gauys have forced me to mail you for just informing that i am going to write a blog & in my next mail i would mail you the link of the blog as well.
It has been a month that my same Philips LCD is lying with the Service center & no person from Croma is bothered to take this complaint on priority & discuss something with Philips Service center, i Know the reason, as i have already paid for the service, so ther is no more lust of any sort of money from my pocket.
And if in case you have address of the consumer forum, So pls send me the list..atleast help me in this manner..

I registered a complaint at ur extended warranty helpdesk for a philips lcd which I bought from croma, a year back.
The comp reg no. Is 3212 registered on 7th sep 2010, executive informed me that within 48 hrs, an executive will visit at my address, but no body turned..
Again I contacted helpdesk on 11th sep, executive assured me that on monday technician will visit..
Today its Wednesday no body has even visited for the complaint even once..
Is this kind of service croma is providing after charging..
Pls confirm and take necessary action..

I had purchased extended warranty for my laptop at the time of initial purchase. After two and half years when the laptop started giving me trouble I thought of availing the extended warranty scheme and contacted their helpline. i was asked to take the laptop to their vendor/agent M/s Neoteric Informatiques, Nehru Place Delhi. During servicing of my laptop, the vendor/agent not only nicked my original 02 RAMs but had damaged one of the two RAM Locks. In the serviceable slot, the agent/vendor had inserted another 2GB RAM of inferior quality. My complaints to both Croma (infiniti Retail) and M/s Neoteric Informatiques, Mumabi, has not so far yielded any reply despite having sent them e mails and letters by post.
