Croma Retail - Croma Retail is not replacing faulty USB flash drive

I purchased croma portable USB flash drive on August 2011. This product comes with 5 years warranty. Recently this USB has stopped working so I approached to croma store at Rajkot but they denied for replacement because I did not have the bill. Actually there is no law under which bill is necessary. I have warranty card which mentioned 08/11.

Pls. provide me replacement for the same.
