Croma Retail - CROMA VASHI - Product not delivered even after full payment

I purchased SAMSUNG 3D LED on 13th FEB from CROMA VASHI. After payment formalities the LED was delivered after 3 days without the 3D KIT, with a promise of delivery of the 3D KIT within a week. Since it is a 3D LED, 3DKIT is bundled with the LED.
Even after 5+ weeks now the 3D KIT has not been delivered to me. My several visits to the store & N no. of calls has gone in vain.
I am running from post to pillars to get the 3D KIT but in vain. Every time the Store manager & Sales representative is coming with some new excuse.
Now, they have even told me to lodge a complain for the same , stating thate whenever they will get the stock they will deliver.
First of all LED was delivered after 3 days & the 3D kit is yet to be delivered.
If CROMA is unable to deliver the same, I request them to take back the LED & return back the amount.

At the outset I need to thank SAMSUNG customer care & take the extra mile to help solve my problem.
The shameless CROMA people neither responded nor tried to solve the problem. Mails to the CROMA officials feedback@cromaretail went unheeded, infact CROMA officials so shameless that they never bothered to even respond the complain / mails to their highest officials & even a copy to the CEO did not helped.

But SAMSUNG & specialy Mr. Ashish of SAMSUNG customer care took the extra mile & fought for my purpose & arranged for the product by directly shipping the product from their H.O. Even after shipping the product the shameless CROMA people were reluctant in delivering the kit, but Mr. Ashish kept on fighting for my cause & called several time till the delivery was done.

SHAMELESS CROMA should be avoided by all for their consumer needs in future.

CROMA - worst consumer shop to shop from, where you pay but wont get delivery unless you fight
