Toshiba India - Worst/Horrible/Bad Experience

The trailing mail sent on laptopcare@toshiba-india.com; laptopcall@toshiba-india.com; monitor.chandigarh@intarvo.com;(several times) will provide all the complaint details.

WORST BRAND NAME-POOREST CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT


Dear Toshiba Team,

It's really very unfortunate that a Laptop delivered to me (serial no.
5E317387P), on 12th July 2015, has been giving me problem from the moment it was switched on for the first time. We remember ending up sending you copy of the mail about the problem on 20th July 2015 after the visit of your technical engineer on 15th July 2015 and regular conversation till sending of the mail (complaint no. - sr7g0026915).

We are mentioning you the problem that we have faced in our laptop from first day, when I switched on the laptop I saw that the Ethernet port was not working, then your Field executive visited to our company or prior request, it could be Mr. Ajit or Mr. Narender (mobile no. - ********67), he surely agreed with us that he will replace our laptop rather replacing the motherboard as it was only 2 days old.

Now, it is almost 2 months waiting for your response or a call from your end after sending you the mail but nothing fruitful been done. As guided by your field executive we have fulfilled all the requirements from our end way back.

Today also we have contacted Mr. Pandey (CCE) for the said concern and he said again drop a mail for the concern and surely our issue will be resolved.

This is the worst experience with Toshiba we had ever faced. We are an IT firm using 100+ systems of different brands in our organization. We didn’t expect such kind of unwholesome experience with a brand name ‘Toshiba’ and still believing that it’s the executive ignorance or casual attitude for not resolving the issue yet.

Further, we would like to bring in your kind notice that now even the technical person is not responding (not picking up call from our
numbers) to our phone call as he knew our contact numbers.

Surprisingly, when we call him from other number out of curiosity he answers the call as it is an unknown number (********55).

We request you to kindly intervene and resolve the issue as soon as possible as because this kind of reluctant behavior will not only affect the brand loyalty but also will soon result in legal obligations.

Dear Toshiba Team,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a Toshiba laptop Model no.
C50-B l0011 and serial no. 5E317387P on the date July 12, 2015. I found that LAN port is not working so I contacted with your customer care service, my complaint no. is sr7g0026915. Your technical team member visited our office on 15-July-2015 and he reported that the LAN port integrated on the motherboard is faulty, so he suggested to replace the faulty part, but as my laptop is new I want full replacement.

Please find the attached invoice scanned copy.
