I purchased a Toshiba 423litre refrigerator last year. The product was giving problems right from the time that I purchased it. It took me almost 6 months to convince the service centre that there is a genuine problem with the ridge and they finally replaced the compressor after 9 months of purchase. Now I have filed another complaint regarding the plastic fittings inside the fridge. The vegetable box and the bottle holder is cracking. The service engineer who visited for checks (Mr Prashant MobileNo. ********72) agrees that it is material failure and the plastic used is of very poor quality. However, there is no response from the service centre REGARDING REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM. They seem to be waiting for 27 Jul 12 when the warranty of the refrigerator expires. Every time I call the service centre they give me a new complaint number.
It is unfortunate that a company of such repute is dishing out shit to there customers.
