Toshiba India - Totally unsatisfactory service from toshiba service centre. --and worthless prod

Hi,

I have purchase toshiba led tv 29pu200ZE from Super electronics uttam nagar . After 2 days toshiba led tv dispplay gone out during watching tv program. After 2 days toshiba engineer came after several call and complaints and engineer found that motherboard of this led is faulty. As per him company will replace it within one week . From that day i am waiting for replacement but still no any positive response got from dealer or toshiba side.

I called up many people of toshiba service centre ( Rahul/Amanpreet/ Suraj) but according to them there is not tv in their stock.

Every time whenever i calls they commited for 1 or 2 days and same reply still giving from their side.

Now i am very frustrated from this service and i will never recommend anyone for go to toshiba product.

Please help me to get replacement as already 20 days gone .

"Toshiba India Call Center support services it very bad even, if they commint to call their are unable to call.
I am contacting them from 9 Nov to get a Case ID to submit my latop in service center Nehru Place, but everytime i call to them they take my detail and say me after within 24 Hour your case will genrated we will call you, i have sopken to CCE of Tosibha Name are (Shaurab, Gatum, Vedant, Surjet, Sumit and Abvinab Sr TCS) this all guy commit me to call and reslove my problem but i have not receive and single call from tosibha, and now i want to ask toshiba sr team does 24 Hour is not completed from 9 Dec 2013 when i will get case id, this is your service"
