So I called Videocon DTH call center and they are asking me to pay Rs 1000/-by 15th Dec and they will deliver the antenna and Set box. This is shocking. Nowhere in the promotional offer of Toshiba and Adishwar this was mentioned.

Subsequently I spoke to Harish T G from Toshiba and he passed on the buck to Adishwar.

First Toshiba has not mentioned Rs 1000/- part in promotional offer. This is misleading advertisement. I have all the proofs including newspaper advertisement to prove my case. As a consumer I know my rights. There may be others who must have faced problems.
