I have a Satellite M300-D431A,
I purchased it on date 22-06-09, the dealer told you will get 1 year international warranty on whole parts excluded any breakage. I use it every day, at least 6 hours every day at home locations, I have never had any issues related to static electricity like I have seen here, so I am not commenting on that in any way. Good luck there.
but before 10 days The first time I saw the power backup issue as well as restarting issue .after two or three days I made a call to Toshiba customer care on dated 24-5-10 regarding the technical issue of restarting , low battery backup & got a case id 05241095 along with a assurance your problem will be rectify very soon . on behalf of case id I went Toshiba service center on date 25-5-10 & meet demo engineer MR ASHOK . I briefly describe the whole problem whatever I faced in recently days . after the inspection of whole day ,demo engineer called me on my mobile no which is ********39 & told me now your laptop is fine condition but there are an issue with battery backup its providing max 45-50 min in a single charge . your battery has been ordered possible will be replaced 5-6 days, as I will receive your parts I will call you .
But today I again received a call to demo engineer mr manoj . he inform me we already tried for your battery parts but it will not be replaced ,after this conversation i again make a call to customer care . but they are not dealing well they speak very bitter like an typical Indian man. i am getting co-op very bad. they just simply reply you are getting sufficient backup from battery so, we cant replace your battery.even warranty period is remaining for near about one month.
Even I chose Toshiba product due to its best service but if these kind of circumstances would be happen how could I deal for next time with Toshiba . It\'s a bad experience for me .
