All 4 of us are Vodafone users in our family and between us we have 6 Vodafone numbers on CUG. Since 01 Aug 2014, all of us have suddenly started facing network problems around our house. The network coverage is totally NIL inside the house and I had made a complaint in the Vodafone Store in Anna nagar. They had committed that the problem will be solved by them, but nothing has happened.
All of us might shift to other mobile service providers if the situation does not improve, by tomorrow (04 Aug 2014).

I recharged a offer pack of Rs.345 unlimited calls + 28 gb 3g/4g internet but after 5 days it is asking for loan and says that i dont have any balance. Internet is good but calls are not going. Please fix this problem.
