Vodafone Chennai - Giving invalid reason for mobile number portability

I am currently a vodafone customer.I wanted to change to docomo using mobile number portability.I have recently migrated from postpaid to prepaid.My request was rejected quoting this reason(i.e. i need to wait for 90 days before i switch to a new network).90 days condition is a condition which should be implemented when i am switching for the second time(i.e from docomo to any other service provider).How an you reject my porting request quoting that invalid reason.
