Despite the activation of DND, I am still receiving numerous calls/sms throughout the day. What kind of irresponsible behavior is this ? VODAFONE SUCKS !!!
I also sent details of unsolicited sms to 1909 on the same day but it refuses to process the information on grounds that TRAI only accept calls/sms in last 3 days (i've always sent the complaint within 3 days).
Vodafone people called me 2-3 times in past 3 days saying that DND has been activated. Still calls and SMS keep on coming. REALLY PATHETIC.....NEVER SEEN SUCH A PATHETIC COMPANY WHICH DOESN"T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ITS CONSUMERS.
I think vodafone can't do anything. Now i've to do something.
I am fed up of writing to vodafone so many times. It seems they just don't care.

Do you know what happened to me ?
I got a call from an advertiser and I just enquired about who gave my no ?? they said they paid vodafone your no is in the database provided by them.
Mailed Corp Care and no use, they are sending same mails again and again with no resolution and nothing.
Thought of taking them to consumer court to sue. I have recorded the call with the advertiser, snapshot of the received calls and their no's, emails to the corp care and the nodal officer.
yes yes vodaphone is useless I have the same problem all these vt611112 messages and also phone calles from 91 1408 959600 and many other phone calls from 91 1408 numbers and they do nothing about it, I advise all peoplenot to use vodaphone
I agree that vodafone doens't care their customers, and they are giving false commitments to make their customers fool...My kind advice Dont prefer vodafone network
