Hi
I am trying to activate my SIM given to be as starter kit at cognizant, SIM # : ********2213057505.
Below is the mail chain interaction I had with customer service, pathetic customer service, no process what soever in conducting business.
Hope less service in chennai for Vodafone, I was dealing for corp sales.
Pathetically sluggish in response and service. If the service to corporates is so bad god save general service users.
