Vodafone Chennai - unhappy with the service

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS ********32(postpaid). On 22.10.12 I paid my October month bill vide cheque in Vodafone store- Tondiarpet (got the confirmation 0n 25.10.12) and the Vodafone store people in Tondiarpet deposited my cheque in a bank which is not my bank as a result the cheque is returned unpaid and the service provider promptly informed that my cheque is returned and when I contacted my bank they said no such cheque came to them ( I am having sufficient amount in my bank). Then i contacted the Vodafone store in Tondiarpet where I deposited my cheque and informed them that my cheque is not presented for payment till now and they contacted their office and informed that they will give a reply (26.10.12) but till today they have not replied I have also informed their nodal officers in Delhi and Chennai.

Now i.e. from 9.11.12 evening they have disconnected my service without any information nor verifying the cheque which i gave.

Once again( more than twice) I informed their nodal officer but till now there is no reply nor action taken nor my service restored, I also informed them that I am using this service for more than 10 years and I have given this number to many but they are not bothered to take action.

I think it will be better if they send me a bill till 9.11.12 and migrate my scheme to prepaid with immediate effect and return the cheque which I gave them.

In the latest bill they have charged for two months and in addition to that they have included Rs. 100/ reason not given and moreover if it is for late payment it is not accepted because I paid my bill before the due date but if they have deposited wrongly or due to negligence to duty i am not responsible.

I kindly request you to look into it and solve the problem and not to give unwanted problems to customers and not to take the postpaid customers(non defaulters) for a ride.
