wcc card serial no:******** for Rs550.00 valid p to 07.10.2009.

I am hutch/vodafone customer since2005 . I have purchased WCC Card in 23rd March2009 for Rs540.00 . I have sent request to activate the card and I have received confirmaation of activation of of the card .But i am unable to make calls either STD/ISD. I have contacted customer care number. I have received information only to press the numbers after pressing all the numbers according to their instruction all my efforts are in vein. Several times I tried to find out the problem and made number of calls from customer care number. I could not get proper reply and wasted my precious time.

I have paid amount to the dealer.

Please solve my problem and help me to utilise the card .
