Let me start with a sincere apology that i am a customer of Resq as you and me very well know that the company doesn't rescue the user at the time of need.
My story is as old as Year 2013 when i bought you esteemed non functional , non existent service and my bad luck shined the same year when my TV started giving me trouble and sought company's help with full confidence(Your sales pitch is pretty good , wish you had invested something in the execution department as well).
Below are the requests that i have logged in this year alone for the only trouble that i reported and you would be pretty pleased to know that even after logging 7 requests for the same issue , things are as bad if not worse as they were originally.

Now i am at a stage where i will for sure take the legal route to make you feel the pain that i have felt.
I am a computer professional so you can be rest assured that i will do my best to put the issue across in every forum possible over the internet (not as if their aren't many already) so at least some people could be saved of this agony.
