YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY AS I HAVE COMPLAINED PREVIOUSLY. THOUGH THE REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED ON 06.05.2012 SO FAR Mr TATAJI YOUR RELATION SHIP MANAGER HAS NOT SEND ANY PERSON FOR DEMONSTRATION. Mr TATAJI RM OF VSP FAILED IN CO-COORDINATING WITH THE RELATION TO CONSUMERS.IT IS VERY MUCH REGRETTED TO SAY. YOUR ACTION ON Mr TATAJI RM/VSP IS HIGHLY ESSENTIAL.

AS A RESPONSIBLE PERSON, I AM SUGGESTING YOUR COMPANY THAT THE FURTHER CONTINUANCE OF Mr TATAJI AS RM IS NOT CORRECT AND IT WILL EFFECT ON YOUR SALES AND IMAGE OF YOUR COMPANY.

PLEASE SEE THAT THE DEMONSTRATOR SHOULD BE SENT TO CUSTOMER PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.

Hi,

This is in regards to The TV I purchased from Reliance digital store Fatima nagar Pune,

First case was the Sales person Asif books a wrong TV in my name(Videocon), then without asking me he books an extended warranty, all fine with me got the Brand changed of the TV(Panasonic)also bought the extended warranty along with TATA sky , Time was wasted there.
Second case, the sales person said that the TV would be delivered on Sunday , yesterday 01-07-12. I called at 11 am asked the person if my TV is delivered he said “ it has already been sent by tempo ” I called nearly 4 times and received the same answer..
At 4 PM I get a call from Asif saying that the TV is not sent because they could not find the base stand, I went back to the store and wasted my 4 Hours yesterday, then they gave me another TV on my request the 32 LCD Panasonic with Wi-Fi connection I paid the difference and asked them to deliver it. They delivered it at around 9 PM, I opened the box and connected the TV, and what to see my RS25900/- TV is not starting, I rushed to the store and asked them to give me a standby TV but they refused and sent one of their technicians, he checked and told me that the power cord which comes from the base of the TV is faulty and loose. Temporarily the TV has started but The TV remote is not working. Checked changing the batteries but still it is not functioning
In this my entire day was wasted, the department manager who is a female Ms. Jagpreet Boghal has a wrong attitude towards customer . She has no smile on her face and her attitude is bad. Now that the TV is not functioning in correct manner what should I do? Is Reliance so BAD in their service ? I need an answer to this. And also please get the remote issue fixed.They checked with another remote that too is also not working,there is some problem with the TV.
