I, Mr K N V RAMARAO Senior Accounts Officer of APEPDCL,Visakhapatnam and GENERAL SECRETARY, APEPDCL DISCOM 'OC'WELFARE ASSOCIATION purchased one Whirlpool Refrigerator at your Mall in Visakhapatnam on 06.05.2012 for an amount of Rs 22648.00. My invoice no 004404169 Dt 06.05.2012. As per your procedure you have to deliver the material to consumer in the next day of Purchase.
I have contacted your people in the Telephone No 6460002 from 12.30 noon to 18.30 hrs. Every time they told me that the item was delivered within 0.30 minutes. But it was not happened till night at 19.00Hrs.
Then I was contacted to the same No ie 6460002 at 19.20 minutes, the gentleman one whose name is Mr.Tataji who told me that he is your relation manager at VSP. He kept me in the hold mode for 0.20 minutes and after 0.20 minutes he simply say it will be dispatched soon. His reply to the consumer is very vague,arrogant and very casual. His attitude as a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER IS VERY MUCH AGGRESSIVE AND NOT CONVINCED to the consumer. Mr TATAJI is very much adamant in responding to the consumer, he created mental agony to me a lot. His continuty will get negetive effect on your mall.
Finally, I request you to take immediate action on Mr TATAJI other wise I will Approach an another forum for the same through PRINT MEDIA and ELECTRONIC MEDIA for the made to me.
Hope I will get a positive responce from ypur company immediately.
