I have purchased Reliance Reconnect Smartphone @499/- & Reliance ResQ @275/- from reliance digital near radika ECIL, HYDERABAD one 11/04/13 #********1628 sale order No 0098 Invoice No 001193, after 4 days i found some technical problem symptoms was “call disconnect” suddenly while speaking and network of SIM was getting disable randomly, but as I am businessman, I went outstation I couldn’t return it back immediately, after reaching home station I approach Reliance digital on 22/0413 and explained everything but, that guy told some software problem it will take two day to upgrade (for software upgradation will take only 30min I don’t what kind of upgradation!!!! ) and I agreed after receiving JOB Sheet.. After five day I went, but still he is tell some stories … after all this I understood that reliance reconnect Smartphone was not new, that reason it gave me trouble immediate after purchasing…I don’t why this branded people also start cheating on silly items …. I don’t what to do? shall i go consumer Court ?

I am ishan patel.I buy samsung s4 mobile but it’s have problem.lots of time complaint in reliance care and reliance digital store but no reply

Invoice IMI number and Phone IMI number is not same so samsung care is not genret my DO……also give me wrong charger ……my contact details also wrong in invoice so my complaint is not create in reliance care….
