Reliance Digital Store - Failure of commitment of gift item proceeds at time of purchase of Microwave

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one samsung microwave from Reliance Digital store located in Pinacle Shopping Mall, Sector -7 , Dwarka , Delhi at 01/11/2015. At the time of purchase, sales executive concern had offered for gift item as Dinner Set worth Rs. 2,200/- with the purchase of microwave. I was immediately proceeds for the same in cash . But after that he said that sir gift item is not available at now so we will arrange you with in a week and same was shown as pending in my raised bill. After 10 days when i had no response from their side, I had lodged the online complaint in toll free number with reference number ********0 . After 3 or 4 days i have received a call from concern person of branch leader i.e. Mr. Vimal Choudhary for the said issue and offer with revised quotation of gift item of Rs. 1,300/- which is far behind the original commitment value and i was denied for accepting. They also offered for Rs. 1,000/- as cash refund against such pending gift item i.e. Dinner Set but i was not accepted his proposal as the commitment was made for the value for Rs. 2,200/- . After that we have settled for Rs. 1,500/- as cash refund against fulfillment of such commitment and avoiding wasting of time in grievance. On 01/12/2015 i had received a message that my complaint has been resolved against the reference number ********0 but actually i have not yet received the cash refund of Rs. 1,500/- as decided for dinner set. After one week i was again call in reliance digital toll free number and call executive concern have taken the branch head (i.e. Mr. Vimal) at conference with me. He accepted his failure of delay with excuses due to non-receipt of approval from his seniors and give further commitment for completion in next 3 or 4 days. But till as on date i have not received any follow up calls and also not completion of further commitment to pay Rs. 1,500/- from their side against my pending dinner set.

At the end i only want to say that the company having huge goodwill in market for providing excellent customer service against their selling products , is not hoping for providing false commitment offers and statements including such concern representatives which totally mislead the customers and demolish the goodwill into the market. Now i decide that i will not purchase any electronics and others items from Reliance digital after the said incidence. Also i will refer my this experience with my references in corporate and others sector so that they will not facing such bad experience of transactions with brand like reliance digital.

I hope , necessary and positive action will definitely taken by concern management of company for completion of their commitments of my gift item worth Rs. 2,200/- after filing my this complaint.
