Indian Railways - I an not satisfied with the Kanpur Central arrangements

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am student studying in chennail but basically from lucknow. I used railways too travel and i generally take 12511;12512 RAPTISAGAR EXPRESS or 16093/16094 LUCKNOW-CHENNAI EXPRESS. Till now approx 12 times i traveled the same train.
Whenever train reaches KANPUR CENTRAL station a group of people comes inside and they always occupy our seats in RESERVED coaches causing problems for us. If we Complaint to TTE/TC they say they are local adjust it and they take some money from them and allow them to sit them in RESERVED COACHES.
They are even ready to fight.
Plese make some arrangment at KANPUR CENTRAL so we can journey sa fely or atleast cross KANPUR safely.
