sir i am an army personal i am transferred from guwahti to berhampur(orrisa). I travelled on 22 may 12 and within that train no 12510 I booked my luggage (three iron box). But the booking clerk I dont knw the name and also loading staff demanded money for loading that boxes. Although i paid full rent for the boxex. Still i gave them 200. But they demanded more about 500 which i had not that time. Sir now i reached here destaination with my family, but i didnt got my luggage so far . So i am facing so much problems..even food clothes.. My all household items was in that boxes. I am giving you the detail of luggage ticket which the parcel clerk given me. A red slip containing no 313533. I booked luggage on 22 may 12 in evening around 7pm. on its top this is written
(NF) GHY-313533L-03 BAM(ECO) 12510 DN.
