I have booked my ticket PNR number 2141207024 for travel from Kanpur to Rajkot by train BSB Okha express ( Train number 19570 ) for travel on 23/12/2012 .I had RAC ticket prior my boarding on the train. The TTE completely ignored RAC and not allotted any vacant seat to me.
Instead whosoever entered in the compartment with general tickets were allotted berth in lieu of the extra money . I asked TTE for seat but his reply were negative . He was not listening at all . He did not bring complaint book , when requested .
